Join Fern Trelfa on Monday evenings for a soulful offering of yoga, movement and meditation. You can join these practices as an Autumn series, or as drop in classes.
You will move through a vinyasa practice which focuses on how your human moves as a whole; inviting the ground, spine and breath into the experience. Practice builds from the ground up, exploring somatic themes that build and repeat until you come to embody your practice from the inside out. Breath and sound are integrated into the offering as powerful tools to work with the energetic body. Students are encouraged to work with intentionality, and offered space for stillness and introspection.
Each week we will come together as cluster of whole humans and explore how an embodied yoga practice can become a moving prayer. Fern will guide you with an unquiverable belief that approaching practice through this lens will inspire a more embodied approach to life in general, deepening your relationship with yourself, others and the world around you.
This series of practice will run for 6 weeks from Monday November 5th - Monday 10th December.

How to get there:
We are about a 10 minute walk from Angel, Chancery Lane and Farringdon and very close to bus stops for the 19, 38 and 341. Parking is very limited but there is a NCP nearby. You will need to walk down the alley at the side of the building, buzz and make your way up to the top floor.

Fern is a creative creature that has been teaching yoga for seven years. She is founder of Maison Fish retreats and a co-creator on the Grace & Presence Yoga teacher training. She is passionate in sharing how a dedicated yoga practice can work with the nervous system and can offer truly transformational shifts in how we approach life.
